Q: Must I register to order from you?
A: It’s recommended but you don’t have to. DGMINGCase supports guest checkout. Registering with DGMINGCase, however, allows us to provide you with better support and the whole registering process should take no more than 2 minutes.
Q: How to register with DGMINGCase?
A: Click the ‘Register’ button at the top and fill in the registration information, and click ‘Continue’ and voila. Please use your frequent email so we could reach and send you notifications in the future.
Q: How to use my password?
A: Please check if your email is correct. After click the ‘Send the Email’ button, an email will be sent to you with a link inside to set your balance password.
Q: How to change my account password?
A: Log in to your account. Click ‘Change Password’on the menu. Fill in the blanks and click the ‘Change Password’ button.
Q. How to register and pay for your goods?
A: (1) fill in some required information such as: name, address, city, zip code, telephone, and the state, etc. After you finish the filling, click the “submit ” button to fulfill the registration.
(2) Click the “Continue” button and you will go back home. Select the products you like and press the “Add to cart ” button to go to the buying information page.
(3) Press the “go to checkout ” bar and edit shipping address and choice of transport mode (Free Shipping)
(4) Enter the coupon code and select payment method.
(5) Click “Continue Checkout” to confirm the order.The Web page will link to the ” Paypal and the payment ” page.
